We will withdraw the money from your account when your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number.
If you have a debit card and find that the money has been reserved in your account, this is because one of the terms and conditions of such a card is that, regardless of where you shop, your bank will reserve the amount at the time of ordering. Therefore, your bank has probably reserved the amount, which they will subsequently release. This is not money that we have or control. The amount may be reserved for up to 30 days by your bank. However, we would be happy to confirm to them, if you can get them to send us an email, that we will never withdraw this money. In some cases, this may prompt the bank to release the amount sooner.
